We want to know you and your expectation about dream wedding. The meeting is informal face to face or on skype.
The consultant presents a budget based on your needs from the meeting. If you decide to use our service we await for information which elements you would be interested in.
You sign a contract with beautifulday and make an advance payment .
The consultant provides a schedule of our cooperation. The consultant sends a database with vendors' presentations and lists of contractors in the form of table with price comparison. You make a final decision about the selection of contractors. There is a possibility to meet the vendors in order to work on details. After the meetings consultant send notes and expect you to confirm them in a written form.
We use an even planning program where you have access and easily check the workflow, budget, inspiration board and notes. Nevertheless your wedding planner will remind you about payments and deadline.
The consultant also send reminders of monthly deadlines.
2 months before the wedding the consultant send you comments to the contracts with vendors signed by you and we start to write a wedding day scenario.
1 month before the wedding we meet at the wedding reception to recommend menu and set-up. The consultant sends the wedding day scenario to all vendors and update it continuously till the wedding day.
2 weeks before the wedding the consultant reminds about payments, decisions made and if there is such need, modifications (location, time).
1 day before the wedding we work on details and organize a rehearsal with witnesses.
On the wedding day 2 coordinators solve unexpected problems, current affairs, supervise the vendors, make final payments on your behalf and be there for you till 01.30 a.m. on Sunday.
